Jenny Ståhlberg is our sous chef at Billingehus Hotel, responsible for Restaurant Urtid. Jenny is a skilful and intuitive chef with roots in the town of Hjo, thirty kilometres from Billingehus. As an ambassador for ”Smaka på Västsverige”, she ensures that regional ingredients have a natural place on every plate. Creativity, top quality, and a love for authenticity and genuineness are at the heart of her cooking.
Johan Berlin is our head chef at Billingehus Hotel. With extensive experience from kitchens in Sweden, Norway and Spain, he has built a broad culinary repertoire with quality at its core. Johan is driven by a passion for creating food experiences that both surprise and inspire.
