Salongen and Utsikten
For the smaller wedding with 10-50 guests
We have two rooms suitable for a smaller wedding with dinner. Both have a fantastic view of Skövde.
Salongen has an intimate feel and is adjacent to the Sandberg restaurant. A room suitable for 10-35 people.
Utsikten is a beautiful venue that is perfect for parties of 35-50 people.
Billingen
For weddings with 35-150 guests
For the slightly larger wedding party, there is Billingen – an inviting and warm venue with high ceilings and beautiful crystal chandeliers.
It has its own entrance from the courtyard, a stage for entertainment, space for dancing and the possibility of having its own bar.
Bergasalen
For the larger wedding with 100-400 guests
Our largest and most festive venue with a view that provides the most amazing setting for your day. Perfect for the larger wedding with an area of 700 sqm that can also be divided into two smaller rooms.
In summer, there are plenty of outdoor areas for welcome toasts and mingling. A stage, dance floor and bar are available to complete the party.

Wedding in a church or a forest glade
Billingehus is a wonderful wedding venue for both couples and guests. Get married in the beautiful St. Luke’s Church which is right next to the hotel, or why not in a forest glade at Billingen?
We also have a beautiful foyer with a balcony overlooking the city that can be booked for your ceremony.

No, our license is valid in all public areas of Billingehus.
All food and drinks are prepared and served by Billingehus. Our chef will be happy to compose your menu according to your wishes. Read more about our restaurants ‘
Of course, we adapt your chosen menu to allergies and special diets that may be in your company, it is reported to us at least four weeks before arrival.
Yes, our nice suite has a living room with a sofa group and a cozy bedroom with a 200 wide bed from Elite beds. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet, and a separate guest toilet. The suite has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the ski slope.
Our largest room Bergasalen can accommodate 400 seated guests for dinner in the same room. For the smaller party, we also have beautiful and intimate premises and rooms.
We have a total of 236 rooms in different room categories.
After the booking is made, our wedding coordinator goes through all the detailed planning and preparations with you.
Up to five meetings are included in your booking, should additional occasions be desired, an additional cost will be added.
Weddings can take place outdoors in a few different places up on the Billingen Hill.
We also have a beautiful foyer with a balcony at Billingehus that can be booked for your wedding.
Of course, we have a bar – a beautiful one, with an alcohol license until 1 AM. With the possibility of extension at a cost.

You can book a band or DJ yourself and they will provide their own PA system. We do not have a PA system at the hotel.

Yes, and it is free of charge.
Check-in is guaranteed from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 11 am on the day of departure.
We set all tables with white linen tablecloths, white chair covers and white linen napkins in a fine fold. The table also includes a table setting with a light source. Wine glasses and cutlery are set according to the choice of menu and wine package.
