Spa packages to book with children

This is how a visit to Earth Spa works:

Welcome to the spa reception where you will each receive a basket with a washcloth, towel and mug to take around with you during your time at the spa.

If you are staying at the hotel, you will come changed into your own swimwear and the bathrobe and slippers provided in your room. If you are visiting us for the day, you can borrow a bathrobe and slippers from the spa reception.

Feel free to bring slippers and a bathrobe for the little ones. The minimum size of slippers is 37 and the bathrobe fits a six/seven year old.

Then follows a short introduction by a spa host. You’ll find out what there is to experience at the spa and how to get the most out of your stay. Our pools are not the place to make the “bomb”, but here we keep a calm atmosphere and let the whole family unwind.

ablution ritual at the spa

Japanese ablution ritual

In the washing room, you sit on wooden stools and pour hot water into a tub. You pour the water over your body, take your washcloth and scrub your whole body thoroughly with soap and water. Allow the washing to take time and thoroughly rinse off products and thoughts of negativity and worry. The washing aims to cleanse the body while the warm bath purifies the soul.

Then it’s time to dry off, put on your swimwear, bathrobe and slippers.

Start with our rest & relaxation rooms

We usually recommend starting your spa vacation by taking advantage of the dry areas in our rooms for rest and relaxation. Look out over the expanses with relaxing music in your ears, rest in a comfortable bed in the Bergsloungen or visit some of our dark and light rooms.

Meditate in light or darkness

The light therapy room gives you new energy and the dark room is a quiet place for a good rest. Here you can rest in warm beds and listen to meditation or music. In the light therapy room you can sit with a good cup of tea.

Fruit hour with a view of the mountain

Now it’s probably time for fruit time. It is best taken upstairs in our Telounge or Bergslounge. Read a book or just relax for a while and enjoy the view.

Time for a swim

Now might be the time to head to the wet areas for some warm and lovely swimming.

Foot baths are great. It’s nice to sit next to each other and eat some fruit.

Our foot salt is out on the floor, so you can help each other pour in salt. Children are full of speed and have a lot of running in their legs. That’s why it’s especially important to take care of their feet.

Even a dip in our hot springs is usually appreciated.
