Payment

When booking a hotel room online, a credit/debit card is provided as a guarantee for the reservation. No money will be deducted, and payment will only be made on arrival at the hotel.
When booking hotel packages online, payment is made by credit/debit card at the time of booking.
Package bookings by phone and mail are payable on arrival at the hotel.
Would you like to pay with a gift card? If you have a gift card that begins with letters (e.g. MR85586-W555), you can use it to pay for your booking online. For other types of gift cards, please contact us by phone at +46 500 44 57 00 or email us at bokning@billingehus.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Cancellation

Room & Breakfast reservation: Free cancellation until 2 pm on day of arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Package bookings: Any cancellation must be made at least 3 days before arrival. After that, refunds will only be made against a medical certificate. No refund will be made without a valid certificate.
Event packages (with specific date): Any cancellation must be made at least 5 days before arrival. After that, refunds will only be made against a medical certificate. No refund will be made without a valid certificate.
Day packages and treatments: Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.
If you booked online, you can view, modify, or cancel your reservation using the link in your confirmation email.
The above applies to parties of up to nine people, contact us for rules for larger parties. We reserve the right to change prices. NOTE! For conference bookings and larger parties, other rules apply.

From price – what is that?

From price mean that the price varies depending on the season and day of the week you arrive. The price shown for each offer is the lowest available price per person sharing a superior double room, (for single rooms there is an extra charge of 300 SEK). You can find out the price for the date you wish to book in our online booking or from our reservations department.

Snow guarantee

With our snow guarantee, you can book your ski stay with confidence – no matter when in the ski season you want to go.

Wee guarantee:

At least two kilometres of well-prepped cross-country ski tracks are open from 27 December 2025 up to and including 31 Mars 2026.
Billingen Hill ski slope is open from 10 January to 25 February 2026.

Should this not be the case, you can reschedule or cancel your booking until 12 noon on the day of arrival and have a full refund.

Rebooking/cancellation later than three days before can only be done via email: bokning@billingehus.com or phone: 0500-44 57 00.

Our price guarantee

Only when you book directly with us can we offer you our entire range – at the best price! We can guarantee that you will always get the best price when you book on our website or directly with us by email or phone. Bookings must have identical booking conditions and content. This applies to dates, room type, number of rooms/guests, content and price restrictions. If you still find a better price for the same product, we’ll make up the difference! Force majeure

Significant reductions in supply or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control entitle us to cancel the contract without obligation to pay damages (e.g. strike, fire, lockout, natural disaster, war or similar).

We attach great importance to your privacy and have therefore developed a personal data regulation to explain what data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Collection of information and tracking

1.1 Registration of personal data

When you register with us by phone, email, online booking or in person, we store your contact details to enable us to manage your bookings efficiently. We share certain personal data with selected third-party service providers in order to deliver our services, improve the customer experience and carry out marketing activities. These providers act solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes. All data sharing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, and we ensure that each provider has appropriate technical security measures in place. We send newsletters to inform you about offers and current events. You can always unsubscribe from these via a link in our newsletters. Postal mailings also occur.

1.2 Subscribing to the newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletters on our website via a form linked to our e-mail distribution system. Your data is processed in this system, but we at Lotus Hotel Group are still responsible for your personal data. You can choose to unsubscribe from our mailings at any time.

2. Pictures on the website and publication on social media

We are cautious when publishing photos of individuals on the website or social media. Our policy is that posts that directly identify an individual with name and image may only be made if the person has given their consent to the publication.

We often take pictures and in some cases movie sequences at the events we organize. These may be published on our website and / or our channels in social media without the consent of anyone who appears in the picture. If you wish to attend an event but not be photographed, please notify us in connection with the registration or at the event and we will respect your wishes.

Our idea when we choose to publish a picture is that it should serve a purpose and not be perceived as offensive or pointing to any individual or group. If you still consider that we have published a picture or post that identifies you personally and that you do not feel comfortable with, contact us and we will immediately remove the picture both externally and internally.

3. Information security

We always handle data about you in a trustworthy manner and we do not share this data with third parties. However, we may disclose your personal data to suppliers who provide, for example, IT services, media selection or advertising for our business. Recipients who process personal data on our behalf must always enter into a so-called data processing agreement with us, in order for us to ensure that your data is processed correctly and securely.

4. Collection of data on booking with an online travel agency (OTA)

When you book a hotel through an online booking agency, such as booking.com or hotels.com, you submit your personal information to them. These personal data are responsible for and handled by the respective players in accordance with their personal data policy. When a booking is completed through an OTA, they send certain personal information to the respective hotel to confirm that the booking is made.

When booking through a travel agency, you submit your personal information to the travel agency yourself and agree that the travel agency processes these in their business. The travel agency can therefore identify you eg. using your booking number.

We are not responsible for the handling of the personal data you have provided directly to the respective operators. If you wish to delete your data, you must contact the respective booking agency yourself.

5. Access to information

You may request once a year to retrieve all information stored through a written self-signed request sent to:

In the letter, we want you to state your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and social security number in addition to your case. Answers will be sent to your Census Address.

6. Change and deletion of information

If you believe the information we have stored about you is incorrect, please contact us and we will update it. Information that we no longer use is erased on an ongoing basis. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, after any legal requirements are no longer met.

7. When does this pollution apply?

Our Data Protection Regulation applies to all our records and services linked to our websites.

Our websites may contain links to other websites. When you choose to visit these, our Personal Data Regulation no longer applies.
