A membership at Earth Spa gives you great opportunities to take care of body and mind, through physical and strengthening exercise and mental training, as well as relaxation. Here you will find wellness and health promotion activities at a high level.
Exercise and relaxation in one membership
As a member of Earth Spa, you can both exercise physically in our gym and participate in our activity sessions that strengthen both body and mind. We have a great variety of activities and offer everything from calm classes, with an emphasis on meditative relaxation and exercise, to more or less challenging yoga classes. Our skilled instructors guide you and you get to challenge yourself as far as you want, dare and can.
In addition, you can enjoy hot baths, water massages, various saunas and much more – all in one membership!
As a member you get:
- Activity schedule with different types of workouts, many of them in yoga – both physical and meditative.
- Gym with personalized introduction to get started with your training.
- Japanese washing.
- Bathing in beneficial hot springs.
- Light therapy and darkrooms.
- Sauna oasis with a variety of dry saunas, steam rooms, cold baths and experience showers.
- Relaxation areas, meditation rooms and tea rooms.

Membership at Earth Spa
Earth Spa – All Day
Price: 995 SEK/month + start-up fee 495 SEK
As an All Day member, you have access to the full range of Earth Spa services on weekdays.
This membership includes:
- Earth Spa, Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm + Friday 8 am-8 pm 8-14.
- Gym, yoga and exercise classes.
- IR sauna is included subject to availability and can be booked in advance at the spa reception (regular price 185 SEK/half hour).
- The entry fee includes a lovely waffle bathrobe, slippers and a nice tote bag, (value 970 SEK).
When you sign up for a membership, you are automatically committed for 6 months, after which you have 1 month’s notice.
The card is personal and can be frozen for a maximum of 3 months per year at a cost of SEK 100 per month.
Earth Spa – Rise and Shine
Price: 845 SEK/month + entry fee 495 SEK
As a Rise and Shine member, you have access to the full range of services at Earth Spa during weekday mornings. Perfect for those who have free mornings and appreciate quiet moments.
This membership includes:
- Earth Spa, Monday-Friday 8 am-1 pm.
- Gym, yoga and exercise classes.
- IR sauna is included subject to availability and can be booked in advance at the spa reception (regular price 185 SEK/half hour).
- The entry fee includes a lovely waffle bathrobe, slippers and a nice tote bag, (value 970 SEK).

You get a 25% discount on our treatments. Valid when booking at the earliest the day before and subject to availability.

Gym with personal introduction
You will receive a personalized introduction by our gym to get you started with your training.
Our gym has two different sections – one with strength and conditioning machines and one with free weights and space to do your own exercises.
The gym is open every day from 06-22. 15-year age limit.

As an Earth Spa member, you have the opportunity to bring a friend who will receive a 100SEK discount on the “Just Be” package.
Ord. price 495-745SEK. Valid for one guest per event.
Buy a 10 card to bring a guest
Want to bring a guest more often? As a member you can buy a guest card for 2950SEK.
The card is valid for 12 months, on 10 occasions and one guest per occasion.
Free spa entrance at our sister spas
As an All-Day member, you get free spa admission (half day) at Asia Spa in Varberg and Art Garden Spa in Gothenburg. Valid for half a day, subject to availability, Monday-Friday morning and max 1 visit/month.
An accompanying friend can book spa entrance for 395SEK/ half day.
