
Yoga & exercise
As a guest at Earth Spa, you have access to beneficial exercise and enjoyable yoga classes. Choose between yoga in various forms, grounding meditation or strengthening circuit training.
Our activities
At our classes you are guided by our trained instructors. The classes are suitable for everyone, young and old, stiff and soft. Please remember not to eat 60 minutes before class and wear workout clothes unless otherwise specified. Please arrive in good time. A warm welcome!

If you have booked Earth Spa, you are welcome to drop-in for all our regular classes. If you have a 10-card, you can book your session at spa@billingehus.com.
Practice yoga in Skövde
At Billingehus you can become a member and go to yoga and various training sessions as much as you want on weekdays. You’ll also have access to all that Earth Spa has to offer in the form of beautiful baths, gyms and relaxation in a peaceful environment.
Do you want to attend single classes?
Price: 220SEK/class or 1900SEK for 10 cards (Earth Spa not included).
Yoga mats, bolsters and blocks are available to borrow. Please come changed and ready in soft and comfortable clothes. A warm welcome!

Gym and training at Billingehus in Skövde
The hotel has a large and fully equipped gym which is included for all guests. The surroundings with the mountain Billingen invites you to enjoy outdoor activities. During the year we also organize exciting retreats and training weekends.

Health Club – Gym in the hotel
Opening hours: 6 am–10 pm | Age limit: 15 years
The hotel has a large gym with two sections – a section with strength and cardio machines, and a section with free weights and space to do your own exercises. Entrance to the gym is included for all hotel guests.

Yoga and outdoor exercise
When the opportunity arises, we meet up on the mountain for basic yoga or a nice run together. We highly recommend that you take the opportunity to take a nice walk around Hållsdammen or do a longer hike when you visit us.
Billingen also has a nice outdoor gym located close to the hotel and several exercise stations along the exercise trails.

Training weekends and retreats
Do you long for time to take care of yourself? Book in for one of our beneficial weekends where we combine training and experiences with accommodation and good food.
Our retreats can include anything from hiking, yoga and dancing to MTB camps and cycling. The weekends are very popular and are guaranteed to re-energize and inspire you.
