Payment
- When booking a hotel room online, a credit/debit card is provided as a guarantee for the reservation. No money will be deducted, and payment will only be made on arrival at the hotel.
- When booking hotel packages online, payment is made by credit/debit card at the time of booking.
- Package bookings by phone and mail are payable on arrival at the hotel.
- Do you want to pay with a gift card? Contact us by phone: 0500-44 57 00 or email: bokning@billingehus.com and we will help you. Remember to bring the gift card and leave it at check-in.
Cancellation
- Room & Breakfast reservation: Free cancellation until 2 pm on day of arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
- Package bookings: Any cancellation must be made at least 3 days before arrival. After that, refunds will only be made against a medical certificate. No refund will be made without a valid certificate.
- Event packages (with specific date): Any cancellation must be made at least 5 days before arrival. After that, refunds will only be made against a medical certificate. No refund will be made without a valid certificate.
- Day packages and treatments: Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.
- If you have booked online, you can view, modify & cancel via a link in your confirmation email.
The above applies to parties of up to nine people, contact us for rules for larger parties. We reserve the right to change prices. NOTE! For conference bookings and larger parties, other rules apply.
Snow guarantee at our ski packages
With our snow guarantee, you can book your ski stay with confidence – no matter when in the ski season you want to go.
We guarantee:
- At least two kilometres of well-prepped cross-country ski tracks are open from 27 December 2024 up to and including 30 Mars 2025.
- Billingen Hill ski slope is open from 10 January to 2 March 2025.
Should this not be the case, you can reschedule or cancel your booking until 12 noon on the day of arrival and have a full refund.
Rebooking/cancellation later than three days before can only be done via email: bokning@billingehus.com or phone: 0500-44 57 00.
From-price what does that mean?
From-price means that the price will vary depending on season as well as which day in the week you arrive. The from-price that is presented in each offer is the lowest available price per person in a double room superior. (A single room supplement of SEK 300 applies).
If you consult our online booking facility or call our booking department you will be advised of the price that is applicable to the dates you wish to book.
Our price guarantee
Only when you book directly with us can we offer you our entire range – at the best price! We can guarantee that you will always get the best price when you book on our website or directly with us by email or phone. Bookings must have identical booking conditions and content. This applies to dates, room type, number of rooms/guests, content and price restrictions. If you still find a better price for the same product, we’ll make up the difference!

Force Majeure
Significant reductions in supply or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control entitle us to cancel the contract without obligation to pay damages (e.g. strike, fire, lockout, natural disaster, war or similar).
