We are careful when publishing images of individuals on our website or social media. Our policy is that posts that directly identify an individual by name and image may only be made if the person has given their consent to the publication.

If you wish to participate in an event but not be photographed, please let us know when you register or at the event and we will respect your wishes.

When you book a hotel through an online booking agency, such as booking.com or hotels.com, you provide them with your personal data. Once a booking is made through an OTA, they will send certain personal data to the respective hotel to confirm that the booking has been made.
When you book through a travel agency, you provide your personal data to the travel agency and consent to the travel agency processing it in its operations. The travel agent can therefore identify you, for example, by your booking reference number.
