We attach great importance to your privacy and have therefore developed a personal data regulation to explain what data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you register with us via phone, email, online booking, or visit, we save your contact details to efficiently manage your bookings. 2. Images on the website and publication on social media<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are careful when publishing images of individuals on our website or social media. Our policy is that posts that directly identify an individual by name and image may only be made if the person has given their consent to the publication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We often take photos and in some cases video footage at the events we organize. These may be published on our website and\/or our social media channels without the consent of anyone in the picture. If you wish to participate in an event but not be photographed, please let us know when you register or at the event and we will respect your wishes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our intention when we choose to publish an image is that it should serve a purpose and not be perceived as offensive or singling out any individual or group. However, if you feel that we have published an image or post that identifies you personally and that you do not feel comfortable with, please contact us and we will immediately remove the image both externally and internally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


3. Information security <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We always handle data about you in a trustworthy manner and we do not share this data with third parties. However, we may disclose your personal data to suppliers who provide, for example, IT services, media selection or advertising for our business. 4. Collection of data when booking through an online agency (OTA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you book a hotel through an online booking agency, such as booking.com or hotels.com, you provide them with your personal data. This personal data is the responsibility of and handled by the respective operator in accordance with their privacy policy. Once a booking is made through an OTA, they will send certain personal data to the respective hotel to confirm that the booking has been made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you book through a travel agency, you provide your personal data to the travel agency and consent to the travel agency processing it in its operations. The travel agent can therefore identify you, for example, by your booking reference number. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are not responsible for the handling of the personal data you have provided directly to the respective operators. If you wish to delete your data, you must contact the respective booking agency yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


5. Access to information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
